Elastic support systems of power plant machinery have significantly contributed to increased technical and economic advantages in power plant development and construction. Elastic support of turbines

The elastic support of turbine foundations was developed by GERB together with different machine manufacturers. Today, it is implemented worldwide for turbine generator foundations of all sizes, including the latest generation 1700 MW turbines.

There are several advantages of elastically supported turbine foundations compared to rigid foundations, e.g.:

Elastic support of coal mills and crushers

Coal mills and all kind of crushers generate vibrations from operational conditions, which can result in damages, disturbances and interruptions of operations in the power plant processing.
